The hotel is situated in a convenient location, ideal for walking and shopping, even though it may not have direct sunlight in the afternoon. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially the Front Office Manager Abiy, is incredibly friendly and professional. However, there are some issues with the nearby dining options, and the hotel is in a somewhat challenging spot due to incidents with taxi drivers disrupting transportation.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was convenient for the airport, the staff provided excellent service, but the harsh attitude in some situations was a downside. The rooms were set up for 1 person even though we booked for 2, which was disappointing, but most rooms had small balconies and toiletries in the bathroom.

The service was friendly, but there were concerns about staff being unorganized and unresponsive. The location was a bit outside the main area of Bole, with noise from passing traffic. The dining options were limited and the restaurant seemed overpriced. Facilities were average, with no standout features.
